As part of our AS9120 Quality Management System, NASAM's suppliers agree to:

  1. Use NASAM designated or approved external providers;
  2. Notify NASAM of nonconforming processes, products or services and obtain approval for their disposition;
  3. Prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unauthorized, and counterfeit parts;
  4. Notify NASAM of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of external providers or location of manufacture;
  5. Flow down to external providers applicable requirements including NASAM’s requirements;
  6. Provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable;
  7. Retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements;
  8. The right of access by NASAM, its customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain;
  9. Ensure that employees are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, product safety and importance of ethical behavior.
